Lane Construction is seeking a Quality Control/QA lead to organize technicians, develop and implement project QC plans, and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and owner specifications.

The role focuses on minimizing rework through audits, surveillance, and collaboration with site personnel, with growth opportunities within a respected national construction firm.

Qualificações

• Organizes technicians performing quality control tasks.
• Supports the development of quality technicians.
• Writes project specific quality control plans, incorporating the owner's requirements and specifications.
• Assures Company complies with specifications by any State, Federal, or other contracting agency or owner.
• Aids project-wide system audits and surveillance, including supplier or subcontractor audits or surveillance to approved audit checklists and procedures.
• Responsible for the implementation of the QC/QA program and collaborating with personnel to minimize rework.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
