Job summary

The Lane Construction Corporation seeks a Quality Control professional to support large civil infrastructure projects in Virginia Beach. You will interpret contract proposals and standards, and develop and implement QA/QC processes to meet client and company expectations.

You will evaluate work plans for quality controls, support field personnel, and prepare and track inspection and management reports to drive continuous improvement on complex projects.

Description

• Interprets contract proposals, specifications, and standards for evaluation of the quality control requirements.
• Develops and implements a quality assurance and quality control program on the project that meets the client requirements and the Company's expectation.
• Evaluates work plans for quality controls and offers recommendations for improvements.
• Supports the development of field personnel related to quality.
• Prepares and tracks written inspection reports, management reports and quality records.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
