Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to join the Modular Data Center Division. Located in Edgerton, Wisconsin, you will support first piece, in-process, and final inspection, ensuring ISO 9000 conformance and supplier performance.

You’ll collaborate with manufacturing to improve quality, cost, and delivery while leading root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Strong data analysis and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Education and experience to qualify for the job as described.
• High School Diploma or GED required; BS preferred in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Background in fabrication and/or assembly processes is desirable; electrical assemble/testing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the supplier selection team.
• Establish performance metrics and measure cost of quality.
• Maintain quality database and report monthly on quality and delivery.
• Conduct internal audits and team reviews for improvements.
• Develop reports and metrics and lead Quarterly Business Reviews.
