Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline.
• 3–7+ years of Quality or manufacturing engineering experience.
• Experience with metal fabrication, welding, coating, mechanical assembly or electromechanical products is desirable.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA and process capability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Quality Engineering resource for assigned products, processes, customers, or manufacturing areas.
• Develop and implement product and process quality controls.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into clear inspection and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor manufacturing quality performance and identify risks.
• Lead technical investigations into recurring defects and process variation.
