Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) seeks a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and control within the Critical Power Solutions Division. You will oversee QMS, supplier quality, investigations, and continuous improvement to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

You will manage a quality team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years quality control or quality assurance experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with manufacturing quality inspection, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance and control across the division to meet standards and customer requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the quality team and promote continuous improvement.
• Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs.
