Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) seeks a Quality Manager to lead the Critical Power Solutions Division's QA/QC activities. You will oversee quality operations, strengthen the QMS, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with standards and customer requirements.

You will develop quality processes, manage supplier quality, resolve issues, and lead a team focused on delivering high-quality products and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in quality control/assurance with 3+ years in management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, SPC, RCA, and CAPA processes.

Responsabilidades

• LeadQuality Operations across the division to ensure materials, components, and finished products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Coach and develop the quality team, focusing on accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen the division's QMS with procedures, SOPs, documentation, and internal audits.
• Drive supplier quality through qualification, evaluation, and improvement initiatives with vendors.
• Investigate product quality concerns, nonconformances, and field incidents; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing inspection checklists, testing procedures, and QC processes to support reliability and efficiency.
• Oversee MRAs, RMAs, and VRMAs with timely investigations and accurate documentation.
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality certifications.
• Monitor quality performance through metrics, audits, trend analysis, and reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, suppliers, and customers to address quality concerns.
