  • Build Robust QA Programs: Develop and maintain quality assurance programs, including inspection protocols, testing procedures, and internal audit practices.
  • Track & Report Quality KPIs: Monitor critical quality metrics and performance indicators, providing insights and recommending corrective or preventive actions.
  • Solve Quality Problems: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurring problems.
  • Partner On Supplier Quality: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to manage supplier qualifications, audits, and ongoing quality evaluations.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with ISO standards, MEPPI requirements, industry‑specific regulations, and customer expectations. Manage all documentation required for audits, certifications, and compliance reviews.
  • Enhance Customer & Supplier Relationships: Engage with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns, support business relationships, and improve operations.
