Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA/QC across the Critical Power Solutions Division. You will drive QMS enhancements, supplier quality, and root-cause corrective actions to ensure products meet stringent standards and customer expectations.

You will manage a team, implement Lean/Six Sigma methods, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to achieve operational excellence and quality reliability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in quality control/assurance with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and QMS improvement initiatives.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective action skills.
• Knowledge of supplier quality management and audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA and QC activities across the division to ensure conformance to standards and customer requirements.
• Lead and develop the quality team, promoting safety and continuous improvement.
• Enhance QMS procedures, SOPs, documentation, and internal audit processes.
• Drive supplier qualification, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead investigations into nonconformances and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to improve product quality and supplier performance.
