Job summary

Aecon’s Civil East sector seeks a seasoned Quality Manager for Caribbean projects, based in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

You will lead quality management systems, audits, and continuous improvement across design, construction and handover, ensuring conformance to the Project Agreement. Qualified candidates bring 10+ years in infrastructure or civil construction, 5+ years in a Quality Manager role, and ISO 9001:2015 auditor certification; a CET or civil engineering degree is required and a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or CET is required.
• At least 10 years of infra or civil construction experience.
• 5+ years as a Quality Manager preferred.
• ISO 9001:2015 internal/lead auditor certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact on quality matters throughout design, construction and handover phases.
• Define organizational structure and reporting for quality teams.
• Ensure project team adheres to quality requirements and PA procedures.
• Develop and implement QMS; coordinate with project activities.
• Lead internal and external quality audits with findings documented.
