Job summary

AMAX, a hardware IT infrastructure leader, seeks a Quality Manager in the United States to lead quality assurance across AI servers, GPU-based systems, and data center solutions. You will develop the QMS, define KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with engineering, operations, and supply chain.

You will oversee inspections, monitor metrics, perform CAPA, and manage supplier quality programs while mentoring a team of engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5–7 years of quality management experience in hardware/manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS ISO 9001 and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality system aligned with ISO standards.
• Define quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and operations.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to embed quality throughout product lifecycle.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection for servers and storage systems.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Support supplier quality activities and perform supplier audits.
• Act as primary contact for customer quality issues and audits.
• Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers.
