CDP Solutions LLC in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Full-time Quality Manager to oversee ISO 9001 quality standards, manage the Quality Management System, and lead internal audits. The role includes training, coaching staff, calibration oversight, CAPA management, and development of QA policies. You will communicate outcomes with customers and drive continuous improvement within a growing manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience leading ISO 9001 quality systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and process improvement.
• Experience performing internal audits and driving corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee ISO 9001 quality standards and maintain the QMS.
• Lead internal audits and drive process improvements.
• Provide leadership, training, and coaching of quality staff.
• Oversee calibration of measurement tools and CAPA processes.
• Develop, analyze data and product specs to set quality standards.
• Draft QA policies and procedures and evaluate system efficiency.
• Prepare reports on quality activities and communicate with customers.

Full-time Quality Manager needed in Winston-Salem, NC

Job Functions:

• Oversee and manage ISO 9001 quality standards
• Maintain and oversee the Quality Management Systems
• Internal audits of the system and work with personnel to improve processes
• Provide leadership, training, coaching
• Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools
• Manager the corrective action and nonconformance processes
• Develop, analyze statistical data & product specs to determine standards
• Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
• Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
• Interact with customers at the plant
