Job summary

Integrity Trade Services, LLC is hiring a Quality Manager for a manufacturing client. The role oversees the Quality Department, drives continuous improvement, and ensures product quality and customer satisfaction in a Lean environment.

The ideal candidate will lead audits, coordinate ISO training, and manage PPAP/FAI documentation, while collaborating across production, service, and suppliers to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of electrical and quality-related experience, and/or a minimum of two years of education in quality or electrical disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing environments (electrical, wire harness, cable assembly, electro-mechanical).
• Ability to collaborate with customers, suppliers, production and leadership.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Quality Department and direct reports in a small manufacturing setting.
• Lead internal quality audits and customer audits, driving corrective actions.
• Coordinate ISO training, documentation, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and manage PPAP and FAI documentation and approval processes.
• Review nonconforming material (NCM) and return material authorizations (RMA).
• Provide hands-on QA support to inspection and testing activities.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Quality Manager for our manufacturing client to start immediately at $60k-$90k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

Join a growing, close-knit manufacturing organization that serves a diverse range of industries, including medical, automotive, agriculture, hydraulic power, and other specialized markets. The company manufactures high-quality wire harnesses, cable assemblies, control panels, and a variety of electro-mechanical assemblies. The organization is ISO 9001:2015 certified and operates within a Lean Manufacturing environment.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a small-company setting of approximately 35–40 employees. The Quality Control Manager will oversee the Quality Department, lead direct reports, and take ownership of product quality, compliance, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

• Train employees on quality requirements, procedures, and expectations.
• Lead and perform internal quality audits.
• Provide day-to-day quality-control support to the inspection team.
• Oversee product inspection and testing activities.
• Coordinate ISO training, documentation, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Support customer audits and investigate, communicate, and resolve customer quality concerns.
• Conduct and coordinate supplier audits.
• Maintain compliance with applicable quality standards and internal procedures.
• Facilitate IPC training and certification requirements.
• Prepare and manage PPAP and First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation.
• Review and disposition nonconforming material (NCM) and return material authorizations (RMA).
• Take on a variety of responsibilities in a hands-on, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a hardworking, positive, detail-oriented quality professional who is comfortable being hands-on and wearing multiple hats. This person should bring a strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and the ability to support quality initiatives across production, customer service, suppliers, and internal operations.

• Three or more years of electrical and quality-related experience, and/or a minimum of two years of education in quality or electrical disciplines.
• Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, electrical, electro-mechanical, wire harness, cable assembly, or similar production environment is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, production employees, and internal leadership.
• Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites, as needed.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical prints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Comfortable communicating and building relationships with employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Ability to manage, coach, and train employees in a positive, timely, and effective manner.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
