You will represent the QA function as the principal customer liaison for nVent Warwick facilitating customer engagement and supplier quality management. Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Lead all aspects of quality control activities including inspection, testing, data analysis, and non-conformance management. Manage audit programs in collaboration with internal and external customers and agencies. Develop and run Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes to address quality issues and prevent recurrence. Serve as a quality project leader and structured problem-solving authority, driving initiatives across the Quality function and multi-functional teams. Champion continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methodologies. Support Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) activities for supplier qualifications, new product launches, and engineering changes. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of quality professionals, fostering engagement, capability growth, and performance excellence.
