Job summary

Vibracoustic, part of the Freudenberg Group, is a leading global automotive supplier focused on reducing noise and vibration in vehicles. We are seeking a proactive Quality Manager to join our Evansville, Kentucky site and drive continuous improvement in quality processes on-site.

The ideal candidate holds a technical bachelor's degree, familiar with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, can analyze data, read blueprints, and develop the team for future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 automotive quality systems.
• Ability to apply statistics, probability and capability analyses.
• Experience leading a team and developing staff for future needs.
• Excellent communication in English and local language.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a comparable education
• You are familiar with ISO 9001 or the IATF 16949 quality management system in the automotive industry to constantly strengthen product quality
• You are able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, capability and statistical analysis, you can read blueprints and have an understanding of GDT
• As an experienced team leader you know how to develop your team for future needs and demands
• As a team player with high engagement, you communicate with your colleagues and customers in English and local language
