Vibracoustic, part of the Freudenberg Group, is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives at our Morganfield, KY site. You will drive compliance, incident investigation, risk assessment and training programs to foster a safe and productive work environment.

Ideal candidates bring a technical degree, at least 3 years in HSE roles, and hands-on experience with HSE management systems and internal audits.

Qualifikationen

• HSE Management Systems experience and training.
• Internal Auditor training or certification.
• Knowledge of Safety Culture tools and programs.
• Familiarity with Freudenberg Guiding Principles related to Health Safety Environmental (HSE).
• Minimum of 3 years related HSE experience, engineering or process operations.
