Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Kentucky seeks a quality lead to set up and maintain our local QMS per Vibracoustic standards and customer requirements, ensuring process compliance.

You will lead a small local quality team, act as main interface for quality-related claims, and drive continuous improvement to achieve zero defects and waste avoidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent education.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality management systems in automotive.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts, probability and statistics; read blueprints; understand GD&T.
• Experienced team leader capable of developing the team for future needs.
• Team player with English and local language communication.

Qualifications:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or a comparable education
• You are familiar with ISO 9001 or the IATF 16949 quality management system in the automotive industry to constantly strengthen product quality
• You are able to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, capability and statistical analysis, you can read blueprints and have an understanding of GDT
• As an experienced team leader you know how to develop your team for future needs and demands
• As a team player with high engagement, you communicate with your colleagues and customers in English and local language
