Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Morganfield, KY seeks a Quality Manager to establish and maintain the local quality management system, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and Vibracoustic quality standards.

You will lead a quality team, serve as the primary liaison for customer complaints, and coordinate internal and external audits while driving continuous improvement to achieve zero defects.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field and have hands-on quality management experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 in automotive or equivalent industries is required.
• You can apply statistical methods to assess capability, variation and process control.

• You set up and maintain the local quality management system conforming to standards and customer requirements.
• You lead the local quality team to achieve best-in-class results.
