Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks an experienced Quality Manager in Las Vegas to lead ISO 9001 compliance and drive quality initiatives across manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytics, and process improvement acumen.

You will oversee audits, CAPA programs, training, and document control while mentoring Quality Supervisors and ensuring product quality and safety. Evening/weekend travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and audits.
• Advanced knowledge of quality tools, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will oversee quality management systems, manufacturing quality processes, and continuous improvement initiatives that support world-class product quality and operational performance.The Quality Manager will be responsible for maintaining compliance with ISO standards, driving corrective and preventive actions, leading audit readiness activities, and developing quality strategies that support our manufacturing operations.
