Job summary

Hyve Solutions Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Lead to oversee QA in our manufacturing and assembly operations. You will develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards. You will mentor inspectors and drive CAPA to improve processes.

Responsibilities include audits of materials, in-process and finished goods, data analysis, and collaboration with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve issues. ISO 9001 compliance is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in quality control with 2+ years in leadership or supervision.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and quality systems implementation.
  • Proficiency in quality tools (Six Sigma, Lean, SPC) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures for all production stages.
  • Lead and mentor quality control inspectors.
  • Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to identify defects.
  • Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement CAPA to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.
  • Manage calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to management.
  • Ensure ISO 9001 compliance and customer quality requirements.
  • Participate in supplier quality management activities, including audits and reviews.
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) by establishing quality plans and testing protocols.
