Hyve Solutions is seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Coordinator to support daily Las Vegas production operations. You will coordinate schedules, track work orders, manage material flow, and partner with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.

You will monitor materials, documentation, and resources, contribute to production reporting, and support NPI and ramp activities.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production coordination, operations, or supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily production activities to support manufacturing schedules and customer delivery commitments.
• Track work orders, production status, and material flow across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production schedules and escalate potential delays, shortages, or constraints that could impact delivery timelines.
• Ensure required materials, documentation, and resources are available to support manufacturing operations.
• Assist with production reporting, inventory transactions, and data entry within ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and production ramp activities by coordinating cross-functional requirements.
• Generate and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and operational documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Communicate production priorities and status updates to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and manufacturing procedures.
• Assist in resolving production-related issues and help drive timely corrective actions when necessary.
