Movement Search & Delivery is conducting a confidential search for a Quality Manager with a global supplier of industrial components to the automotive, aerospace, and defense markets. This direct-hire position is located around Hamilton, OH.

You will lead the Quality Department, coordinate IATF 16949 and AS9100, develop FMEA and control plans, ensure staff training, and report monthly quality metrics to executive management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment near Hamilton, Ohio.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• IATF 16949 and/or AS9100 experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and directs the daily activities of the Quality Department
• Coordinates IATF 16949 and AS9100, maintains registration and executes all job responsibilities in accordance with QMS
• Oversees the preparation of FMEA, control plans and instruction sheets
• Ensures staff is trained and knowledgeable in the areas of quality policies, procedures, safety, environmental standards and continuous improvement
• Issues debits for Vendors Quality concerns and issues through the Quality Dept. sign-off on customer’s debits and quality invoices
• Maintain and report out monthly to Executive Management on Quality Metrics
• Monitor external customer Quality Issues and Corrective Action

• Coordinate IATF 16949 and AS9100, maintains registration and executes all job responsibilities in accordance with QMS

• Ensures staff is trained and knowledgeable in the areas of quality policies, procedures, safety, environmental standards and continuous improvement
