Manufacturing Quality & Compliance Manager

Location: Canton, OH area

Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, Nadcap, FAR, DFARS, ITAR, OEM standards, and IATF 16949 automotive requirements
• Manage audits, corrective actions, and final product/service release
• Supervise and mentor the Quality team
• Oversee supplier qualifications and equipment calibration
• Support APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) for automotive programs
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance across operations

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree + 10 years in engineering or quality
• Experience in aerospace and/or automotive manufacturing (steel, aluminum, titanium, etc.)
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and automotive Core Tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC)
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Manufacturing experience
• Strong understanding of QMS principles and technical specs
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
