Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management roles.
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards.
• Identify risks with root cause analysis and preventive actions; consult with outside agencies as needed.
• Support facility to maintain compliance with specifications, product quality, and product safety requirements.
• Perform internal and external quality audits and report findings in detail.
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, training and evaluations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

10+ Years of Experience in Quality Management

Experience with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003

Key Responsibilities

• Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action; consult with outside agencies as needed
• Support facility to maintain consistent compliance with specifications, product quality, and product safety requirements
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or Similar
• 10+ Years of Experience
