Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Quality or Industrial Engineer in manufacturing electrical or mechanical products.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015; AS9100 and UL standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor QMS to ensure ISO 9001 and AS 9100 compliance at the assigned facility and standardize processes across locations.
• Lead and coach on-site Quality staff including Engineers, Technicians, Coordinators and Inspectors.
• Perform RCA and CAPA, manage quality metrics, and drive improvements across departments.
• Interface with customers, auditors and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.
