Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - West Allis seeks a Director of Quality Management for its Critical Illness Recovery Hospital (LTACH). As a facility leader, you will advance quality, survey readiness, and patient safety initiatives while partnering with executive leadership.

You will drive QAPI activities, lead RCA investigations, and coordinate accreditation efforts to ensure top-tier care and compliance.

Qualifications

• RN license required for state licensure.
• Experience in quality, survey readiness, risk management or infection control.
• Familiarity with accrediting standards (TJC/CARF preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate survey activities to assure facility accreditation, certification, and licensure.
• Organize monthly interdisciplinary QAPI Team meetings per QAPI calendar.
• Review quarterly quality improvement reports and analytics.
• Assist Medical Director and Quality Program Director with QC initiatives.
• Lead RCA processes annually and for level 3-4 incidents.
• Perform monthly quality data entry, analysis and reporting.
• Prioritize employee training and education in the workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure reporting requirements are met.
