Job summary

Lassonde in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Quality Line Tech to perform standard QA checks on juice and beverage products, conduct analytical tests (pH, TA, °Brix, color, labeling) and record results. You will support sanitation, calibration, and line clearance at shift start and during flavor/label changes.

This role requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with team members.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct standardized analytical tests on juice, drinks, waters, teas, and concentrates, including pH, TA, vitamin C, °Brix, color, clarity, and turbidity, to ensure compliance with specifications; record results on QA paperwork.
• Use sensory analysis (flavor, odor, visual) to ensure products meet characteristics.
• Perform pre-operational verifications and line clearance at shift start and during changes.
• Carry out and document hourly quality line checks analytical, labeling, and packaging.
• Measure, test and weigh bottles and cans; verify labels, dates, pasteurizer parameters, and capping integrity.
• Notify supervisor of quality problems and assist in corrective actions.
