Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in quality or manufacturing environments.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalence required.
• Ability to learn analytical and lab responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Comfort with coaching and training others.
• Computer literacy and attention to detail.
• Three months of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct standardized analytical tests on juice and beverages to meet specs.
• Use sensory analysis to ensure product characteristics.
• Perform pre-operational verifications and line clearance.
• Carry out hourly quality line checks and packaging verification.
• Measure and weigh containers; review labels and codes.
• Notify supervisor of problems; stop line when needed.
• Assist with QA holds in QAD and logging.
• Assist in sampling and disposition of holds.
• Discard or reject materials not meeting specs.
• Calibrate and log lab and floor instrumentation.
• Support production testing when needed.
• Provide QA presence for problem-solving and projects.
• Address SQF, GMP, regulatory and safety concerns.
• Participate in employee training.
• All other duties as assigned.
