Job summary

Daimler Truck North America in Tooele, UT is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead plant-level quality systems and teams, ensuring ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirements are met. You will drive data-driven improvements in product quality, manufacturing processes, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities include supervising quality engineers and technicians, performing audits, leading root-cause analysis (8D, A3, DMAIC), reducing COPQ, and coordinating cross-functional actions.

Qualifications

• ISO 9001 knowledge and leadership of quality teams.
• Experience with continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with automotive/heavy-duty quality environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain ISO 9001 compliance and customer-specific requirements.
• Supervise quality engineers, inspectors and technicians.
• Lead root-cause analyses (8D, A3, DMAIC) and drive COPQ reductions.
