Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 3+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing
• Supervisory experience required; metallurgical experience preferred
• Experience with APQP systems; knowledge of lean manufacturing and/or six sigma techniques

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance program and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations
• Manage supplier quality activities and vendor controls
• Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints
• Develop and implement systems to meet ISO, IATF, ASTM and customer QA programs
• Apply SPC methods to analyze data and evaluate processes
• Prepare and present technical information to management and lead the Quality team
