Job summary

ATC Drivetrain seeks a senior quality leader to manage the Quality Management System and lead a team of Quality Engineers and Supervisors. You will drive root cause analysis, develop metrics, and coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, APQP/PPAP involvement in new product launches, and mentoring teams to achieve rapid corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience.
• Experience with Tier 1 & Tier 2 automotive suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
• Excellent customer/supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Engineers and Supervisors in metrics and targets.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Maintain and improve QMS per ISO standards.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers on quality concerns.
• Support APQP/PPAP during product launches.
• Mentoring cross-functional teams in problem solving.
• Oversee process controls and continuous improvement initiatives.
