Job summary

A critical illness recovery hospital in Virginia is seeking a Director of Quality Management to oversee accreditation and quality initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate survey activities, lead quality improvement efforts, and focus on employee training. A registered nurse with relevant experience and familiarity with healthcare quality standards is essential. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $231,876.00 to $331,251.00.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid state license.
• Experience in at least one core area of responsibility.
• Familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all survey activities to assure accreditation.
• Organize monthly interdisciplinary QAPI Team meetings.
• Lead the team in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Complete monthly quality related data entry and reporting.
• Focus on employee training and education.
