Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance for a steel fabrication and manufacturing operation. The role will develop and maintain quality systems, oversee inspections and audits, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality/QA management experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of dimensional inspection, weld inspection, blueprints, and AWS welding standards.
• Experience with ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze quality metrics and work with ERP/QMS systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.
