Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with established Fabcon procedures and policies.
• Coordinate Quality personnel responsibilities with the Lead.
• Responsible for hiring Quality personnel and assisting with training.
• Coach and develop Quality personnel and address performance issues.
• Performs and documents research and development projects.
• Performs troubleshooting tests to improve product quality and develops corrective methods.
• Conducts Root Cause Analyses to identify sources of quality issues.
• Responsible for monthly and weekly metric output and continuous improvement.
• Lead internal and external audits and implement Quality initiatives.
