Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Quality Engineer for our Boxborough, MA facility to own internal and external quality for assigned mini-factories. You will drive continuous improvement and lead audits to ensure top-tier product quality for customers and partners.

The role requires engineering education, 3+ years in manufacturing quality, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Travel is domestic up to 5%. Salary range provided in local currency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• Excellent academic record (GPA 3.0 minimum).
• 3+ years in manufacturing quality environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership to meet customer and Gems-Setra expectations.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve complex quality issues.
• Utilize Ralliant Business System tools for process improvement.
• Maintain procedures, processes, and documentation.
• Generate and manage ECN for drawing/BOM corrections.
• Lead Daily Management and MRB reviews.
• Handle non-conformance reports (FAR, CAR, 8D) with suppliers.
• Manage containment actions and monitor rework and inspection.
• Track KPIs and drive countermeasures for quality issues.
• Support new product launches with APQP documents.
• Perform internal audits and ensure ISO and customer compliance.
