Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required; engineering preferred.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment; internships considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective interpersonal abilities.
• Experience leading projects and reading blueprints/regulations.
• Ability to write routine reports and present to groups; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Quality leadership to meet customer and Gems Setra expectations through continuous improvement.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolve complex quality issues.
• Utilize RBS tools to drive process improvements; maintain procedures and documentation.
• Generate and process ECOs (APQP, FMEAs, Control Plans, PPAPs) and manage PFMEA/Control Plan docs.
• Lead internal and supplier audits; manage NC/RMA, containment, and corrective actions.
• Track KPIs and support new product launches with quality planning.
