Job summary

GMM Pfaudler US Inc seeks a Quality Specialist to ensure products are fabricated and manufactured to high quality standards, driving customer loyalty. The role provides technical support in product applications, operations, and maintenance while fostering a quality-focused culture.

You will collaborate with engineering, field service, sales, and management to diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Other Engineering, Operations Management or Quality Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a quality leader in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 9000 certification or robust quality management systems.
• Experience with plastics processing, coating or fluoropolymers is a plus.
• ASME pressure code familiarity is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review fabrication quality to meet customer requirements and standards.
• Develop programs to promote a quality-driven culture.
• Control costs related to quality, including warranty expenses.
• Maintain records for internal and external quality analysis.
• Lead continuous improvement and work with engineering and service teams.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure product designs meet specifications.
