The Quality Manager at Rehrig Pacific Company will oversee the plant's quality system, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer requirements are met. You will train and lead a team of plant quality technicians, partner with NQE and NPD when needed, and manage external certifications.

Responsibilities include communicating quality requirements, monitoring metrics (NCP, scrap, defects), supporting new product introductions, and preventing recurrence of issues through corrective actions

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in Quality Management/Control, ideally in plastic injection molding.
• Direct experience with validation, risk tools and processes (SPC, DMAIC, FMEA, DOE, PPAP).
• Ability to manage a team of 6–10 quality technicians.
• Collaborative cross-functional teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team to improve quality metrics and reduce variation.
• Lead quality activities during new product introductions.
• Drive containment and root-cause analysis for product quality issues.
• Develop and mentor the local quality team.
