Job summary

DuPont PPC, located in the Greater Chicago/Milwaukee region, seeks a PPC Quality Leader to oversee the site Quality function. You will own the Quality Management System, ensure ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 compliance, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to prevent defects.

You will lead audits, drive CAPA, and guide Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce variation and improve customer satisfaction across blown-film extrusion and converting operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ISO-based quality systems with audits and corrective actions.
• Proven ability to drive CAPA, PFMEA, SPC and measurement system analyses.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of food-contact and medical-packaging requirements is a plus.
• Experience in lean and Six Sigma project execution with tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Leads the site Quality organization and maintains the Quality Management System.
• Ensures ISO 9001, FSSC 22000 and applicable food-contact requirements compliance.
• Partners with Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to prevent defects.
• Drives continuous quality improvement using lean, Six Sigma and CAPA.
• Leads internal and external audits and ensures timely corrective actions.
• Maintains robust controls for blown-film extrusion and converting processes.
