Job summary

PPC INDUSTRIES INC in Pleasant Prairie, WI seeks a Quality Project Manager to lead a portfolio of QMS improvement projects. Focus areas include ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and ISO 13485 compliance, with governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication guiding every initiative.

You will collaborate with Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive CAPA effectiveness, audit readiness, and continuous improvement while sustaining safety and quality in a regulated manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, quality systems or regulated environments.
Strong knowledge of QMS concepts and audits (internal and supplier).
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

Act as a role model for safety and ensure project execution meets cadence and processes.
Lead QMS and compliance-related projects aligned to ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and ISO 13485.
Partner with Quality leadership to prioritize a QMS improvement roadmap (control docs, audits, CAPA, training).
Coordinate CAPA-related project execution with milestones, owners, due dates, and effectiveness checks.
Coordinate internal audit readiness and evidence collection.
Drive structured problem-solving and risk-based thinking across projects.
Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, risk logs, and communications.
Establish governance and provide leadership reporting.
Expand cross-functional initiatives beyond Quality as needed.
