Job summary

PSG Hydro Cincinnati seeks a Quality Manager to lead the manufacturing, customer, and supplier quality functions and own the site Quality Management System. You will drive a proactive, data-driven quality culture focused on preventing defects and improving product reliability.

You will partner with Engineering and NPD to embed quality planning into development, control plans, and PFMEA, while guiding corrective actions and customer-facing quality processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years in Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, or Quality Systems, with 2+ years leading people.
• Hands-on experience leading a manufacturing quality function in technical environments.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, APQP/PPAP; capability studies; root cause analysis; 8D; SPC; CA management.
• Experience with supplier quality, incoming inspection, and vendor performance improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cincinnati Quality team with direction, coaching, and accountability across quality functions.
• Own and improve the site Quality Management System and related records, audits, and corrective actions.
• Drive measurable quality improvements using data from complaints, RMAs, audits, and supplier performance.
• Lead customer quality processes including investigations, CAR/CAPA, audits, and cross-functional problem solving.
• Support operations by preventing quality issues and ensuring effective inspections and work instructions.
• Partner with Engineering and NPD to embed quality planning into development and change control.
