Brunswick Corporation, a global marine leader, seeks a Quality Manager for its New York Mills plant. Lead the Quality System, drive continuous improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction through data-driven leadership and standard compliance.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering and Suppliers to reduce defects, manage a high-performance quality team, and uphold BBG quality standards across all processes.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of quality policies and procedures.
• Skilled in statistics and capable of leading reliability, capability and SPC studies and able to teach others.
• 5+ years’ experience in Quality management in a manufacturing environment, with assembly experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience; coordinate teams toward task completion.
• Familiar with basic quality assurance and measurement techniques.
• Understand and explain engineering drawings, including GD&T.
• Data analysis & reporting (Excel).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across functions.
• Formal Six Sigma Training; ASQ certifications CQE/CQM/CSSBB/CSSGB desired.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, direct and control day-to-day operations of the Quality System to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed BBG Quality System Standards.
• Represent the plant to promote customer requirements and ensure quality objectives are met.
• Lead and develop a high-performance quality team through guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate across organizational levels, customers and suppliers to resolve problems and achieve goals.
• Promote inclusive, diverse and collaborative workforce; drive continuous improvement and cost of quality reduction.
• Ensure processes meet customer, internal and external standards and specifications.
• Maintain integrity of all data and quality processes in the Plant’s Quality System.
