Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (industry experience may substitute)
• Minimum five years in QC/QA
• Formal Six Sigma training and shop-floor involvement
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA, QE, QC processes across production areas
• Lead a team of hourly and salaried staff for growth
• Plan priorities to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and metrics
• Develop quality inspection training requirements
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to improve processes
