Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group seeks a Quality Manager at its New York Mills facility to lead the quality strategy and Quality Management System, ensuring customer satisfaction, product excellence, and compliance with BBG standards. You will lead a cross-functional team, drive improvements, and partner with Production, Engineering, Suppliers, and Customers to reduce defects and warranty claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in quality management within manufacturing with assembly exposure.
• Strong data analysis, SPC/capability, and problem-solving skills; proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control the day-to-day Quality System to satisfy customer requirements.
• Represent the plant to promote customer expectations and quality objectives.
• Lead a high-performance quality team, driving continuous improvement and cost of quality reduction.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Suppliers and Customers to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain local quality procedures to meet Brunswick standards and audits.
