Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Quality Manager to drive in-process quality improvements and ensure manufacturing lines operate effectively. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead teams, optimize resources, and meet customer expectations.

You will develop and implement quality plans, participate in audits, and collaborate with line supervisors on engineering changes and process improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in quality roles.
• Strong data-driven approach to problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer-focused quality improvement projects from initiation to outcome.
• Ensure compliance with the US Windows QMS requirements.
• Develop and review FMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, Control Charts, and Gage R&R studies.
• Use key metrics to plan improvements and lead implementation.
• Provide quality engineering expertise and support corrective actions.
