Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead hourly teams, enforce safety, and guide continuous improvement on multiple shifts. You will support staffing optimization, coach staff, and ensure quality output aligned with environmental responsibility.

The role emphasizes 5S, lean manufacturing, and active involvement of associates in process improvements. A strong manufacturing background and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology, Management, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives and lean principles.
• Strong communication and training abilities for a production team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline supervision for shifts of hourly associates, ensuring safety and quality.
• Develop staffing guidelines with plant leadership; hire, supervise and evaluate staff.
• Lead 5S, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement to reduce waste and cost.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback; conduct shift meetings.
• Monitor line operation paperwork, logs, audits, and corrective actions.
