Job summary

Triumph Funding Corp is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead their Quality organization in Allentown. You will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards. The role demands a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills and a track record in regulated manufacturing.

Responsibilities include developing the Quality team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining the Quality Management System. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of quality leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive quality leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing a Quality team of at least 8 employees.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team, fostering improvement.
• Oversee internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
