Job summary

Triumph Processing Inc. is seeking an experienced Quality/Process Engineer to oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify improvements, drive process changes, and monitor progress toward performance goals.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing, and leadership experience. Six Sigma or Lean certifications are preferred, with a focus on reducing scrap and ensuring compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university is required.
• Preferred in Engineering, Chemistry or Quality.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and monitor progress.
• Ensure conformance to government regulations, industry standards and product specifications.
• Lead process development and concurrent engineering efforts.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics to reduce scrap and rework.
