Job summary

Saft is seeking a Quality Manager to ensure products, systems, and project deliverables meet customer specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. You will apply SPC, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to drive product quality, process effectiveness, and operational excellence.

You will serve as the primary quality representative on projects, guiding inspections and audits, leading documentation management, and supporting QMS initiatives toward ISO9001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field is required.
• 5+ years quality experience preferred.
• ISO/ASQ certification experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Data analysis and statistical aptitude required.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects' quality deliverables, control plans, and process capabilities per DRL.
• Represent quality for key 8D/problem solving topics.
• Lead project documentation management.
• Lead site inspections, audits, and document management including TAG procedures.
• Contribute to achieving ISO9001 certification; lead customer audit preparation and act as internal auditor.
• Manage qualification plans for product and process changes.
