Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in quality leadership/management.
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing quality procedures and IATF 16949:2016 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a quality system that supports IATF 16949:2016 and customer quality requirements.
• Manage QA and documentation control to support financial objectives.
• Continuously evaluate regulatory and customer requirements and adjust policies.
• Act as management representative for all quality system matters.
• Provide regular reports on quality objectives to the management team.
