Job summary

PSI Molded Plastics Indiana Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the quality program for plastic injection molding with automotive products. You will supervise the Quality department, oversee CAPA, audits, supplier quality, and customer interface to ensure consistent defect prevention and waste reduction.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of IATF 16949:2016, and experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Some travel to customer locations may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Seven or more years of progressive quality experience, including leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO/IATF quality systems and APQP/PPAP processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a quality system that maintains registrations (IATF 16949:2016).
• Lead quality assurance and documentation control to meet financial objectives.
• Act as management representative for quality system matters and report on quality objectives.
